Trainees are asked to complete an annual self-report that details their EMPOWER-related activities and accomplishments over the past year.  Information requested for the self-report is used to track progress towards completion of EMPOWER professional training elements. Select information will also be used for reporting purposes to the National Science Foundation. Completion of this report is for trainees only. Please contact Deanna (dhmccay@syr.edu) if you need access to the form.
