Science Communication is the act of informing, educating, increasing awareness and creating wonder about science topics. Outreach (relaying information to non-scientists) and inreach (expert to expert communication between scientists of similar or different disciplines) are both critical skills and the focus of this program element. Students are asked to choose from a selection of courses that will improve their proficiency and suit their interests. Class options are updated each semester.
